Caring for Your Piece

If you find your chainmail piece is dirty, they are very easy to clean! 

For mild everyday dirt and grime, you can use a moist baby wipe!  Just be sure to pat dry with a towel after wiping down your piece. 

For a more deep clean, use some warm water and a drop of mild dish soap to wash your piece. This will help bring the sparkle back!. After washing be sure to pat fully dry with a towel. 

Never use a jewelry cleaner on our products, as that may strip the plating off of the chains and rings. 

Stainless steel reacts to the oils your skin produces, the more you wear it the shinier it becomes. 

Our gold plated pieces have the opposite effect from being worn. Over time the gold rings will antique, giving your piece a really unique look!

If broken into multiple parts, all available pieces (including beads, chain and rings) that may have come off need to be sent to us for evaluation and repair. This does not cover lost or stolen items. 

How do I know if my piece is covered? 

We tell you at time of purchase if your item does or does not fall under our guarantee. All of our regularly stocked items in our shop are covered. It's the odd ball custom that may not be covered, but this is discussed at time of commission.
