SENDING A QUOTE REQUEST -- What we will need when you send us a quote request!
What exactly you want us to make. Be specific!
Reference pictures, and - if you want us to design something original - inspiration photos or drawings.
Your desired "need by" date.  This is essential!
Your general clothing size. If things work out we will collect your exact measurements later. This will help us estimate rings, beads, chain and any extra bits that will need to be put into your piece
Any other special requests!! Ring type, colors, embellishments, etc. If what you want differs from the reference images, we need to know!  

PAYMENTS---After you've sent us a request, we will typically get back to you within a week or two with a quote for your project! We do not start work on your project until payment has been received.  No refunds. Because of the custom nature of the business, everything is made specifically for you. Please make your decisions carefully, as we cannot offer money back in the event that you change your mind. If there is a problem with your item once it has reached you, please let us know ASAP so we may work with you to rectify the issue. 

REGARDING PRICES: Please remember we are artists doing high quality custom hand work. Our rings are all hand closed to reduce gaps and burs. We use high quality stainless steel and plated jeweler’s brass. We cannot make a piece for the same price or less than one you can find from a factory on eBay made from Aluminum or galvanized steel.

SHIPPING---We ship using USPS by default. All items are insured. The cost of this basic method of shipping is included in the price of your item(s).
